Nights
Day 1: ARRIVAL TO ISTANBUL
Arrival to Istanbul. After a comfortable flight, you will be welcomed by your private travel assistant, who is also an English-speaking tour guide. Your private travel assistant will escort you to your hotel and will help you finish the check-in procedures quickly. Dinner at the hotel or a nice local restaurant reserved for you. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 2: ISTANBUL – HISTORICAL PENINSULA
Istanbul journey continues with a visit to the historical peninsula, specifically the Sultanahmet District. The historical peninsula is known to be the government, religion and culture center of the city throughout the history. You can also enjoy the beautiful Golden Horn view from the terraces.
Hagia Sophia: Hagia Sophia was built by Byzantine Emperor Justinian to be the
greatest sacred building ever built, during the early Christianity period. It includes valuable
examples of Byzantine mosaic art. It has been known as the fourth biggest basilica after St.
Peter’s Cathedral in Rome, Milan Cathedral in Milano, and St. Paul’s Cathedral in London. After
the Ottoman conquest, it was converted and used as a mosque during the Ottoman Empire rule. In
1934, Hagia Sophia was turned into a museum by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of Turkish
Republic.
Topkapi Palace: Topkapi Imperial Palace of Ottoman Empire, the primary
residence for Ottoman Sultans is the ultimate version of profound Turkish architecture on
largest scale. The imperial palace was built on 700.000 m2 land near the cape, where the
southern end of the Bosphorus meets the Marmara Sea and the Golden Horn. Topkapi Palace is known
to be one of the richest museums ever existed, preserving the precious treasuries of the Ottoman
Empire.
Blue (Sultanahmet) Mosque: Built during the 17th century, on the east side to
the Hippodrome Square right in front of the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque is one of the greatest and
the most beautiful mosques in Istanbul. It is the only mosque with 6 minarets in Istanbul. The
most important things to notice are the harmony between the domes and the dominant blue color on
the ceramic tiles.
Hippodrome: Byzantine Empire being the successor to the Roman civilization, old
Constantinople Hippodrome was a vital place of politics and social life where the emperors and
their subjects used to gather to watch horse races and enjoy the entertainment. Sculptures and
monuments from the hippodrome surviving today can be seen here.
Basilica Cistern: This subterranean structure was commissioned by Emperor
Justinian and built in 532. It is the largest surviving Roman cistern in Istanbul. It was
constructed using 336 columns, many of which were salvaged from ruined temples and feature fine
carved capitals. Its symmetry and sheer grandeur of conception are quite breathtaking, and its
cavernous depths make a great retreat on summer days.

Day 3: ISTANBUL – BOSPORUS – CAPPADOCIA
Today, after the breakfast, you are discovering a different Istanbul with a magnificent yacht tour along the Bosphorus Channel.
Bosphorus Yacht Tour: While enjoying the warm welcome of the beautiful channel, your travel assistant will inform you about the Ottoman palaces, Yalı villas, mansions and notable landmarks along the Bosphorus shore. Let your soul relax by watching the lovely harmony of intertwined historical buildings and modern city.
In the afternoon, domestic flight to Cappadocia, where you will enjoy the next three days. Dinner at the hotel or a nice local restaurant reserved for you. Overnight in Cappadocia.
Day 4: CAPPADOCIA – GOREME – SINASOS
Cappadocia is a UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage Site with its cave churches, isolated monasteries, caravanserais and stunning panaromas. Moreover, Cappadocia is also home to endless formations of tuff landscape, caves, fairy chimneys and underground cities.
Get ready for a passion coming from rocks and stones…
Goreme Museum: Goreme Open Air Museum visit includes cave temples, 4th century old structures and churches.
Uchisar: Uchisar is a 60 meters high rock-castle and also an important highlight in Cappadocia. It is full of underground passages and deserted sections.
Sinasos (Mustafapasa): Only 5 kilometers to Urgup, Sinasos is a lovely village once inhabited by the Greeks. It is one of the most beautiful villages in Cappadocia region. Houses are covered with magnificent wall paintings and glyphs.
Gomeda Valley: Gomeda Valley, together with its caves, bird houses and rock arches constitute a picturesque outlook in Cappadocia.

Day 5: CAPPADOCIA – AVANOS
After the breakfast, the journey will continue with the cultural richness in Avanos. You will also visit a carpet weaving center.
Avanos – Kızılırmak shore: Avanos is a nice town alongside the “Kızılırmak
River”. Kızılırmak River, reaching to 1.355 kilometers length, is the longest river in Turkey.
Being a source of welfare with rich clay deposits, the river is very important since the ancient
times.
Carpet Weaving Center: Avanos hosts one of the most profound places of carpet
weaving tradition in Turkey. Carpet weaving tradition, is one of the oldest traditions in
Turkish culture, that has been practiced for many generations. Here, you are going to meet
lovely people, who still continues this tradition with great care. You will also enjoy one of
the largest carpet collections in the world composed of silk, wool and cotton with various
designs, colors and figures.
Monks Valley: Fairy chimneys in Pasabag, known as Monks Valley offers beautiful
scenery to its fellow visitors.

Day 6: SILK ROAD – KONYA – ANTALYA
Following the traces of Silk Road, we are travelling to Antalya through Konya.
Sultanhanı Caravanserai: Caravanserais were the hotels of the middle ages built
on the trade routes. Most of the caravanserais you will see were serving the merchants
travelling along the “Silk Road”.
Mevlâna (Rumi) Museum: Konya has been the heart of Sufi philosophy since
Mevlâna Jelaluddin Rumi. Here you’ll visit Mevlâna Museum and feel the spiritual energy coming
from centuries ago.
In the evening, eating fish and meze near the seaside, in Antalya’s one of the most famous
restaurants will help you feel comfortable after the journey from Cappadocia to Antalya.

Day 7: ANTALYA
Antalya, the city that makes the mythological figures jealous, the center of tourism in Turkey and a heaven on earth…
Antalya Old City Tour: The city of Antalya is one of the most beautiful cities
in the Turkish Riviera. It is famous with its magnificent Port, Old City, Hadrian Gate, Palm
Boulevard, Clock Tower and the Cumhuriyet (Republic) Square, not to mention the scenic streets,
the blue sea and Turkish-Mediterranean cuisine.
Local Manufacturers: Antalya hosts one of the most experienced jewelry
manufacturers in Turkey. You will be amazed by the designs and the variety.
Archeological Museum: Built on 7000m2 area and having 13 halls, the
Archeological Museum is one of the most important museums on the Mediterranean. The museum
depicts Mediterranean civilizations in a historical order.

Day 8. TRANSFER
